Terms and Conditions – NACKLE d.o.o.

 


These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “Terms”) of NACKLE d.o.o., Polje 9k, 6310 Izola, Slovenia (hereinafter “Company”) form an integral part of all contracts between the Company and customers (hereinafter “Customer”).


The Terms also apply to all offers, pro forma invoices, pre-contracts, legal declarations, and any business services between the Company and the Customer.


The Terms are drawn up in accordance with the applicable Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Personal Data Protection Act, and Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1).


They regulate the online store www.coffeetime.si, user rights and obligations, and the business relationship between the Company and the Customer.

Use of Terms

 

 

  • These Terms take precedence over any conflicting terms unless explicitly waived in writing by the Company.

  • They apply to all offers, orders, and online purchases.

  • By placing an order or signing a contract, the Customer agrees to these Terms.

The Company commits to providing the following on its website:

  • Description of goods/services,

  • Product availability,

  • Delivery terms (method, place, date),

  • Pricing with VAT and additional charges,

  • Payment methods,

  • Right of withdrawal terms,

  • Liability for material defects,

Pricing & Payment

 

 

  • All prices include VAT.

  • The final price is confirmed upon order confirmation.

  • Accepted payment methods: bank transfer (UPN) and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).

  • Prices may change without prior notice.

 


 

Delivery

 

 

  • Packaging and delivery cost: €3.95.

  • Delivery is available only within Slovenia.

  • Pickup at the Company’s office is free of charge.

  • Cash-on-delivery incurs additional fees (Pošta Slovenije surcharge).

 


 

Right of Withdrawal

 

 

  • Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving goods, without stating a reason.

  • Notification must be sent to info@coffeetime.si or using the provided form.

  • Goods must be returned within 14 days at the buyer’s expense.

  • Refunds are processed using the original payment method.

 


 

Liability for Defects

 

 

  • The Company is liable for material defects present upon delivery.

  • Visible defects must be reported within 8 days; hidden ones upon discovery.

  • Remedies include repair, replacement, price reduction, or full refund.

 


 

Dispute Resolution

 

 

  • Slovenian law applies exclusively.

  • District Court in Koper has jurisdiction for disputes.

  • The Company does not recognize any alternative dispute resolution body.
